What David Did Next: David Abraham in Conversation with Raymond Snoddy
Conversation starts at 6.30pm
The Groucho, Dean Street, W1D
What did David do next? Ever wondered about the future of broadcast TV or broadcast advertising and what it will look like ten years from now?
Well, David Abraham has some answers - mostly because he helped make it all happen in the first place.
Today's advertising channels are split into a million social media feeds - which brand owners have no control of – and on-demand TV is killing off any semblance of predictable or linear viewing patterns.
If you work in media, advertising (traditional or new media), or you are interested in content generation then make a date for Monday 9th July. 6.30pm The Groucho, Dean Street, W1.
David Abraham is a visionary. His career is unique, including stints at the world’s creative ad agencies - notably St Luke's which he founded, followed by inventing ‘Dave’ and as a pioneering boss of Channel 4.
No one has had both feet so firmly embedded on both camps - broadcast TV and broadcast advertising.
And now David has set up Wonderhood Studios. Starting with a blank sheet of paper, David is rewriting the rules on how content works with brand owners.
David will be interviewed by media commentator Ray Snoddy OBE.
It’s a unique one-off event - don’t miss this chance for a sneak peek at the future of ‘broadcasting’ from the man who’s changing it.
