They are now the masters of the internet and advertising universe. The FAANGs - Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix and Google. They dominate the modern media, much as the big oil companies did in the USA in the late nineteenth century
Yet they are by and large unregulated in their content and on their profits made in the UK. Is the time long overdue for a touch of regulation, a move by the state to PULL IN THE FAANG's?
